First of all is to simulate the Schottky-diode based parallel charge pump circuit by the NI Multisim tool for finding the best approach of PCE equation,and then to simulate the TFT based parallel charge pump circuit by Smart Spice for better parameters of higher PCE. We expect the tag can be made on flexible substrates by low temperature TFT or ink-jet printing processes in the near future and that’s the reason why we analysis the circuit by TFT model instead of MOS model.
