Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 97 === Management and efficient use of assets is objective pursued by all schools, in particular, to promote energy conservation and in this era of resource sharing. By using RFID technology and its flexibility, schools at all levels can achieve efficient management; integrated with the distributed database, the management department of a multiple-campuses university can easily know asset utilization rate as a basis to purchase or make inter transfer. It is expected that, by implementing this system, the school can achieve the purpose of energy efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures and improve the effectiveness of the asset usage. By using RFID tags with rewritable characteristics and integrating with a distributed database, an asset management system can be implemented to manage the asset transactions such as borrowing or inter transfer among university campuses. This system can determine the asset utilization rate; for high-demand assets, the system can make assets transfer to enhance the effectiveness of assets and reduce necessary expenditures.
