Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === In recent years, due to the advances of global communication, the dissemination of knowledge becomes much faster than before. Moreover, the parents of the students usually prefer to choose better learning environments for their children. Therefore, the quality requirements and expectations of education are also rising. For this reason, Total Quality Management (TQM), ISO certification, and accountability are promoted to enhance the quality of education. If theses quality improvement activities could be applied to the self-assessment on academic administration, it would be beneficial to evaluate the effectiveness of its performance. This study adopts Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) to establish suitable self-assessment processes of academic administration in a junior high school. Therefore, these processes are not affected because of the position changes of administrative staffs or teachers; meanwhile, it can also continue the improvement in the cyclic processes. Furthermore, by applying CMMI to the self-assessment processes on academic administration, it could not only increase the willingness of the teachers and staffs to participate in the improvement activities, but also enhance the teaching quality of teachers and school competitiveness.
