In other words, they undertake the responsibility of energy education with great influence. This research aims to investigate the current situation of elementary schools’ teachers’ cognition, attitude and behavior of energy in Pingtung County. It could be the reference for teachers’ advanced studies of energy education. This research adopted a questionnaire to collect the data of elementary school teachers’ cognition, attitude and behavior of energy in Pingtung County. The data were analyzed by spss10.0 statistic software. As a result, it showed the average of that the elementary schools’ teachers answered correct in cognition energy program was 60.8%. The representation of energy cognition was in the middle. The male were better than the female. However, the female’s attitude for energy using was superior to the male. There wasn’t an obvious difference between the male and the female’s behavior of energy using. Moreover, there were some variations on the cognition energy and active energy because of the size of school, age, college, teaching seniority, duty and times of browsing webs of the environment issues. Analyzed from Pearson product-moment correlation, there was low positive correlation between energy cognition and energy attitude; there was no significant correlation between the energy cognition and energy behavior; there was mid positive correlation between energy attitude and energy behavior.
