Summary: | 碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 休閒健康管理研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to delve into relationship of leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and self-efficacy for elementary school teachers in Ping-tung County. The investigation were based on literary analysis and questionnaire survey, and collected the research data by domestic and foreign literature, and organized study tools of leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and self-efficacy for elementary school teachers. The samples are elementary school teachers of Ping-tung County City as research object. It is divided into 4 layers according to school scale, using stratifies sampling to each school. Questionnaires were surveyed during April 5 to May 15, 2008. Total 560 questionnaires were distributed and 513 effective responses were acquired, which generated 91.6% effective responsive rate. This study employed descriptive statistics, item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t-test, One-way ANOVA and canonical correlation analysis. The results of this study are as follows:
1. The majority group of respondents was female, age of 31 to 40, seniority of 11 to 15, college-educated, married and having children, teachers of the executive branch, classes of 25-36, township area, the average spend of 2001-4000 dollars, the participation frequency of 3-4 times, and the participation times of 1-2 hours every month..
2. Four domains of leisure satisfaction from factor analysis were psychological relaxation, social, aesthetic, and health fitness.
3. Four domains of self-efficacy from factor analysis were teaching innovation, classroom management, social situation, and education beliefs.
4. Significant difference was found on gender, age, seniority, education background, marital status, position, school place, average spend, participation frequency, and participation times forward leisure participation of elementary school teachers.
5. Significant difference was found on gender, marital status, position, school scale, average spend, and participation frequency forward leisure satisfaction of elementary school teachers.
6. Significant difference was found on position, average spend, and participation frequency forward self-efficacy of elementary school teachers.
7. The significant correlations between leisure participation and leisure satisfaction of elementary school teachers were positive.
8. The significant correlations between leisure participation and self-efficacy of elementary school teachers were positive.
9. The significant correlations between leisure satisfaction and self-efficacy of elementary school teachers were positive.
