Description
Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 行銷與流通管理系 === 97 === The lot-splitting for reentrant of multi-products flow shop system is a combination of traditional scheduling and the lot-streaming problem. Because of the products in the production process are not necessarily all the same, so the processing of the product processing will be differences. Therefore, Multi-Products flow shop problem will become more complex. This study focused on the multi-products production processes and to consider a reentrant of batch splitting problem and to minimize the total completion time. Power Supply in the processing, the products are standardized and customized. If the plant can be completed ahead of schedule, making the largest down to the smallest completion time, enhance the profitability of the company have a great help, and delivered on time also can improve the customer wishes to order again. Then it can help the company gain more business opportunities in the future. Therefore, the Lot-Splitting for Reentrant of Multi-Products flow shop system through the establishment of mathematical model, optimal solution to be obtained, and the application of genetic algorithms as a tool to shorten the time to solve, and the results of the analysis to the case company to improve production performance.
