Description
Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 97 === This thesis presented a series and parallel operations topology which used ZVS-ZCS push-pull DC/DC converter modules. In this thesis, the thrust of the Department by the use of a single converter module of series and parallel operations to improve the converter's output voltage with the use of capacity to supply load. This system's output voltage was unregulated in converter. The converters module controlled the output current by the output voltage, but the presented modules in series didn't need control signals connected. The module's current design to the resonant circuit parameters, so that the module's current can distribution in balance. The converter operations principle can produce the resonant circuit by using the transformer's the leakage inductance and resonant capacitance. So that the presented modular's witch was operated in ZVS-ZCS mode and the output rectifier was operated in ZCS mode when it was turn-on or turn-off. In order to verify the structure's feasibility, this thesis is using three ZVS-ZCS push-pull DC/DC converters module operations in series and parallel. The operation and performance of the proposed converter has been verified on a 600W with 12.7Vac~13.5Vac input voltage, 657Vac~732Vac and 237Vac~265Vac output voltage for series and parallel system's. Experimental results in efficiency of 90% and current-sharing error within 3% at a full load.
