Summary: | 碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 97 === Export business is very necessary and potential extremely in Viet Nam. As known, Viet Nam is one of the top countries in the world that export pepper and café, rubber, etc. Beside, it also has position of strength about exporting of garment and many other industries. Businessmen have been and will put into their pockets billions of dollars due to this operation. It can be said that a huge currency flow will be blown into a nation if its business is successful. However, Vietnamese export business has met some problems in some years recently. There are many medium-small enterprises fail to export their goods, complaints from importers, or not able to produce in time for shipment, etc. These issues inhibit international business process very much. One question here is that where’s the reason, because of organizations’ management, product quality, or surrounding conditions?
So, export performance is very essential to be studied. There are many previous researchers invested in export business with respect to many different aspects. Based on the prior works, combined with practical knowledge and accumulated experiences, the thesis “Build a Successful Exporting Theoretical Model for Vietnamese Companies by Using Structural Equation Model” is done. The framework is designed in order to figure out determinants related to export performance success. Since then, a model for Vietnamese exporting companies is built, which is based on studied process.
The data is collected from 120 exporting companies in Viet Nam. Data analysis is operated by Lisrel 8.7 software. The findings of research support seven hypotheses. One hypothesis has opposite sign as expected. There are positive relationships between export performance successes and management-related attributes, export quality, information technology, and external environment. Beside, there are also positive relationships between the role of information technology; external environment and management-related attributes, export quality. However, the study has some limitations. Finally, discussion and tendency for future researches are discussed.
