Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 生物科技系 === 97 === Abstract A phytopathology isolated on Ficus microcarpa at the campus of Southern Taiwan University was identified as Pyrrhoderma adamantcium through 28S rDNA sequenece. The optimal growth conditions of the culture are pH6 at 30℃ on PDA medium. Three chemicals, Prochloraz, Triadimefon and Thiabendazole, were used to chemo-control the pathogenic activity. The result indicated that lower to 100 ppm the Prochloraz still could inhibit the mycelial growth of P. adamantium significantly. Continued chem-control treatment Chinese banyan, didn’t have new fruiting body grow while fruting body getting older and chap, but can’t eradicate the phytopathology. In the study of bio-control, an antagonistic microbe namely Paenibacillus polymyxa was investigated. In antagonistic field test inhibit or not can’t judge from the outward. In bioactive the wheat solid state hot water extract antioxidation on DPPH is best:54.6%; mycelium hot water extract content the most Polysaccharides in phenol sulfuric acid method:8.3 mg/ml; in reducing power wheat solid state 40℃ water extract have best antioxidation effecf:87.3 μg/ml; the seventh day fermentation soluble contained the most total phenol compound:35.6μg/ml.
