And the C Company case of this research, this company has set up the factory in the positive overall arrangement of China's Mainland in a large amount in the past two years, but it is this most troublesome topic at present of company that the follow-up land does and fosters, but how to stipulate a set of standard performance examining and goal tactics and wish the scene to be set up, it is this systems needed to set up and stipulate very much at present of company. But the BSC has included the procedure inside the financial affairs, customer, enterprise, studying and growing up, at present, for enterprises to wish the scene and tactics to transform into a measurement indicator of having action strength. So research this, is it channel method this into this company the South China Sea plan their to hope Ring is it promote to go on, is it is it is it focus resource on, and make tactics implement and carry out to organize to lead to come in spirit of balanced score card, encourage this company continent factory to improve, the basic spirit that persons who improve the land by this manage in the land.
