In addition, the government has subsumed the contracted staff of national universities into Labor Standards Law based since 2008, and it makes the universities to reconsider the management of the contrasted staff. This study aims to research if the higher the contracted staff fit is, the less discrepancy of duty and breach of psychology contract occurs.   This study aims to research the impacts of person-organization fit on the balance of psychological contract between employers and employees and organization citizenship behavior. The research takes the contracted staff of the national universities in southern Taiwan as research targets with convenience sampling method and has sampling 357 contracted staff. The research result found that person-organization fit of contracted staff and violation of psychological contract possess negative relation; person-organization fit and organization citizenship behavior possess positive relation; the consciousness of person-organization fit affects organization citizenship behavior through psychological contact violation.
