Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 幼兒保育學系 === 97 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the IEP content analysis of early childhood special educators in Kaohsiung and Pingtung areas. To survey the relationship between those teachers come from different backgrounds and the content and quality of the variable in the IEP. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. There are more than 70% of the IEP has been assessed as "good" or "excellent", and to the good level. 2. The quality of IEP will be different in the class type of teaching and giving varying degrees of administrative support. 3. There are significant relationship between the problems in IEP implementation and ages, teaching different classes; however, nothing on degree and special education teaching experience. According to the findings of this study, several recommendations were submitted to early childhood special teachers’ IEP developing, the school authorities, and future research in this field.
