Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 電腦與通訊研究所 === 97 === This research presents the implementation and integration of the front end circuits of a RF receiver for Wireless IEEE 802.11a application. Moreover, the vector signal analysis was investigated onto the implemented RF receiver. In the first part the thesis, the circuit realizations include low noise amplifier (LNA), mixer, voltage control oscillator (VCO) and filter. In addition, a passive 5.2GHz bandpass filter is designed and accomplished, which utilizes stepped impedance resonator (SIR) as main resonance structures to reduce the filter size. Finally, the study goes to the vector signal analysis applied to the integrating receiver combining all the sub-circuits, using the standard of the WLAN for input signal. The performance of the integrated receiver is detailed according to various modulations and input power.
