Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 97 === The objective of this study is to discuss main factors of life adjustment and job satisfaction based on population changes and relations between both. The research on this matter concentrates on Naval Fleet Service Volunteers on the basis of document analysis and categorical variables. 480 surveys were conducted randomly and 453 surveys were returned, which resulted in a participation rate of 94%. Discarding 34 invalid surveys concludes 419 effective totally. Surveys were taken in order to validate the accuracy of all hypotheses. Specific recommendations were made for follow-up studies or naval proficient units as a reference. Analyses are as follows: First, life adjustment vary remarkably from different factors, such as education degrees, unit types, serving years, marital status and family types. Second, job satisfaction vary remarkably from different factors, such as age, education degrees, ranks, unit types, serving years, background status and marital status. Third, the factors of life adjustment and job satisfaction of service volunteers are interrelated.
