Description
Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 97 === It is obvious that the increasing needs for treatment has led to the overload in hospitals. Moreover, the hospitals’ size and quality is developing more and more with the invention of hundreds of diagnostic technical and special medicines. They are the factor causing a large amount of information that is less effective to traditional methods. This fact requires IT applications, in particular, hospital management software. From this real requirement, the author chooses the research matter: “Software application in managing medical activities at Da Nang hospital”.This thesis is the result of the two - year study, constructed based on applying the knowledge gained in the training course for MIS.The topic is practical for the author chose Da Nang Hospital (a general hospital type 1 with 42 functional departments and clinics, 850 beds, 1114 officials, of which 330 doctors) as the application unit. The research objective is to design an overall model of electronic hospital in Da Nang hospital with modular functions, the ability to integrate and expand in the future. Besides, the research is also to study and propose a technical platform as a base to deploy electronic hospital applications. In the limitation of the thesis, the author just only stops at constructing an overall model of overall model of electronic hospital with modular such functions as examination reception, pharmaticeus management, hospital fee management. There is a need to implement the construction of these modules, put them into use in Da Nang Hospital and expand to other hospitals.
