The population to surf the net of the action of the whole Taiwan will be 15.3 million operations in 2008. It is up to 60.2% to account for the number of users of the whole mobile telephone. The vast population to surf the net of action has become the new potentiality market. On the other hand, the function of the equipment for surfing the net of action is also promototed gradually. The influence degree to human life grows with each passing day. A lot of family property person values such a business opportunity and begins to carry on the action commercial affair actively. Because different consumers, to new technology, there may be different responses. Consumers may have different demands to the system. Therefore after using, produce different consciousness attitudes. Produced different appraisal, and then influence it to use the intention. According to the Taiwan Railways Administration statistics show that in 2008 in Taiwan reached 178,700,000views, and the other according to Tourism Bureau statistics show that tourists travel mainly use public transportation as a means of transport and railway Choice the ratio of freight transport 57% (The Taiwan Railways Administration has 27 %, Taiwan High speed Rail has9%, MRT has 21%). In view of Taiwan Railway Administration the operation of passenger trains running behind schedule, there is, especially near on, off passengers faced rush hour delays more serious; another train of Taiwan Railway Authority operating schedule changes from time to time, resulting in passengers in the absence of Internet Road cases can not check with the latest and most accurate time of the train. The purpose of this study is the use of Technology Acceptance Model to explore the actual circumstances, to explore passenger train on the Mobile Service Timetable attitude and perception of the use of visitors intent.
