In the past, most of the studies explore the relationship among production, marketing, inventory cost items, and profits individually, but in real life, to explore the issue of the profit cannot just consider one impact factor alone. In this paper, we will propose a model which integrates production, marketing, setup and inventory cost items, so as to decide the price, the production lot size and the marketing expenditure between two markets, and maximize the profit. Since the model is a highly non-linear and non-convexity of the geometric programming problem, it is not easy to be solved by common mathematical methods. Therefore, we recommend using PSO to solve the optimal solution of the problem model. PSO algorithm is a heuristic oprimization method; it is easy to use and has been widely used in various fields. The results showed that the use of PSO algorithm can quickly converge to the global optimal solution. In addition, we will also carry out the sensitivity analysis of every parameter in the model to verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed model.
