Moreover, the price of petroleum is getting higher and higher. So far, it is even more than US$ 120 per barrel. After the adoption of the Kyoto Protocol in December 1997, the resolution to decrease the greenhouse gas emissions has accelerated the promotion of developing regenerated energy from countries all over the world. The study focused on wind power generation. Techniques on wind power generators are increasingly sophisticated, and the generation rate of each wind power generator rises continuously. Thus, wind power generation becomes one of the most rapidly developing industries among regenerated energy. How to increase the utilization efficiency of wind power generators has become the current trend in the development of new energy as well. It is necessary to locate the wind farm before erecting wind power generators. Locating wind farm depends on the speed of the wind. Most of the wind power generators start to generate power with the condition of the wind speed reaching to 3.5 to 4 meters per second. This study focuses on the wind driven permanent-magnet synchronous generator (below 3.3KW; 400W was used in this study) and provides a set of Web mode, the analysis of wind power generation and monitoring software. The system can transfer the efficiency of power generation of each season through the device of Bluetooth as the preceding path to wirelessly communicate with ZigBee wireless node. The data of the remote voltage, electric currents, and generation of power are transferred to the database of the monitoring server and combined with the data of the wind speed, the wind direction, the amount of the rain every day.
