Internet environment is going from passive situation into an interactive situation. Nowadays enterprises use the application in Web 2.0 technology quite successfully. Also the foreign medical professions use the Web 2.0/3.0 technology to delivery medical information in the Internet, Medicine 2.0/3.0 is also getting closer and closer. However, in the domestic medical and education, there have been little substantive, editions or academic theory for the statement of the subject of Medicine 2.0/3.0. As a result, this thesis proposes the construction of continuing education web site to the domestic doctor and solves the doctor facing the difficulties of continuing education via the study of abroad medical Medicine 2.0/3.0 and the domestic findings of the survey. This thesis based on the contents of Internet as a result, we propose suggestions for the domestic medical education web site of Wikis, Blogs, and YouTube. Regarding the survey analysis was informed that the five important orders for the functions of medical education web site are providing full-text search, providing video voice of medical education film or online teaching courses, providing real images and pictures (such as X optical imaging), providing information in accordance with specialist, and providing clinical cases. We also propose the entire proposals for the domestic continuing medical education web site at the same time. Our proposals for doctors can be focus expertise, to provide medical students, hospital doctors and medical doctors with the use of Medicine 2.0 technology in the Internet and to help medical students, hospital doctors and medical doctors with the promotion of medical knowledge, clinical medical standards, public health care laws and regulations education or training activities. We enrich the doctors the medical technology with the benefit of patients’ well being.
