Blending Learning to business education and training is an effective way of learning. However, if Allison Rossett with the composite profile of the Bookend Blend of the three stages as a mere formality as the basis of seminars to improve the learning process so that learning is more than face-to-face time. Rooney has been clear that Blended Learning, will be to convey knowledge of industry trends. E-learning comes from the lended Learning, use of the traditional face-to-face teaching and application of digital media has lended Learning is the next major trends in learning. Each organization has its own values and beliefs, and learners will certainly be subject to the impact of organizational culture systems, and different styles of learning, learners often cause some confusion on the resistance to learning or active participation. Therefore, this study mainly in the composite under the mode of Blending Learning for Tech•Ed participated in the IT staff to explore the "learning style", "organizational culture" for "Learning Satisfaction" the impact of, and hope that through this study can hybrid learning environment more people are interested in as a reference.
