Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 97 === Since 2001, the Financial Holding Company legislation was implemented, there're a series of mergers and acquisitions to integrate into the current size of 15 different types of financial holding companies. Each financial holding companies makes mutual use of information and capital spending restraint to generate synergy. IT department is in a variety of different forms of integration and merger, such as streamlined personnel, transformed procedure, layoffs and excellent retirements, adjust the positions, and so on. Integration is not only the staff to re-adapt, to learn new skills, but also in pressure and resistance in different power structures, roles and uncertain interests of employees.
This study discusses the IT staff's reaction of work pressure and job satisfaction after integration. Gathering information by survey from financial holding companies' IT members with experience of integration or under integration, and view the differences among the staff with different properties which effected by work pressure of integration by ANOVA. Then using correlation analysis to understand the work pressure, job satisfaction and implementation of improvement measures related to the dimensions of the extent, and try to identify the most suitable program for business owners to improve decision-making reference.
The results were as follows:
1.Population and statistical variables in addition to the work of the post was no significant difference, the other are significant with some significant differences.
2.The work pressure and satisfaction of the competent leadership are related, Prove that the source of work pressure on employees Is from the boss; The organizational structure of the pressure Will affect all dimensions of job satisfaction, Employees are most concerned about his Status in the organization and the company system is fair and reasonable.
3.Improvement measures on the pressures of the organizational structure of a significant correlation.
4.Measures to improve job satisfaction in the structure of the surface are significantly related.
