We even can say it is the most valuable asset of the company. All personnel not only create the company, but also the direction and the future of the company. It is the goal to implement the knowledge, skill, experience and performance of the employees and to increase the company competition, which is the vocational training department aiming for. However the differences among tranees is also a factor to determine the result of the traning. That is, the performance of the vocational training will depend on the difference of the satisfactory of the employees. The research is to understand the satisfactory, feedback, and learning of the employees after the vocational training course implemented of an electronic company, A. The intentions of the research are: 1. To know the satisfaction of the employees about the vocational training implement. 2. To know the satisfaction of the employees about the vocational training effects 3. To discuss the relationship between the implement and effects of the vocational training. The results: 1. The satisfaction of the employees about the vocational training implement is 3.9%, which is higher than the average level. 2. The satisfaction of the employees about the vocational training effects is 3.9%, which is higher than the average level. 3. The satisfaction of the employees about the vocational training implement is positive with the vocational training effects. The higher the satisfaction of the employees on the vocational training implement, the better the effect of the vocational training is.
