Traders to import more often basic ERP, but to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the help of business management are limited. Cases found in this study, we found a significant increase of business trading volume of 35% and customer satisfaction rating for traders also jumped 19%. On the supplier side, the study also showed a surge of 14% willingness for suppliers to become more understanding and cooperative partners, raise wages, staffing and personnel to be effective quantitative assessment, the transfer of personnel preparation of a more flexible, customer satisfaction for the traders, business management, so traders gain more business advantage.
