According to the White Paper on Small and Medium Enterprises published by Ministry of economy of Taiwan in 2008, the small and medium enterprises (SME), has employed more than 77.12% (7,930,000) of the whole employed population of our country. It is easy to estimate the contribution to economic development of our country of small and medium-sized enterprises, and depend on the operation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is an important indicator of entrepreneurial activity in our country. The purpose of entrepreneurial research is to understand which motivation factors of entrepreneur .Our research had applied the Theory of Planned Behavior and Self-Efficacy theory to measure how the entrepreneurial attitude 、subject norm 、perceived behavior control and self-efficacy affect the entrepreneurial intention. Our research had used the way of paper and the network questionnaire to carry on the investigation, and get 404 effective samples to analyze. The result of study finds the self-efficiency will not merely exert an influence on the entrepreneurial perceived behavior control, and will influence the entrepreneurial intention directly. Therefore, it is expected that the direction of our research will provide relevant information for the entrepreneurial researches as well as subsequent studies.
