The behavior of delegation often happens in the general commercial environment, but its safety is also the most important issue in the environment. If the limitation of delegation is not defined in detail, it may cause the limits of authority abused and data revealed problems. An attacker may expose the user privacy and service information without being authenticated. For this reason, this research proposes a secure delegation mechanism within a web services environment.
