Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 97 === The purpose of this study is to observe the influence of public officials’perceptions of integrity on administrative ethics and professional competence; also the influence of perceptions of integrity, administrative ethics and professional competence on organizational commitment; and among perceptions of integrity, administrative ethics and professional competence ,which has the greatest influence on organizational commitment in the test sample. The study is as follows: 1. The Pearson product-moment correlation analysis shows that public officials’ positive level to perceptions of integrity, administrative ethics and professional competence correlates closely with their organizational commitment. 2. The analysis of independent samples test reveals that public officials’ positive level to perceptions of integrity will influence on how they perceive their professional competence and the more positive perceptions of integrity is, the more positive professional competence, administrative and organizational commitment are. 3. According to the analysis of stepwise regression, the test sample in this study has influence of perceptions of integrity, administrative ethics and professional competence on organizational commitment. 4. According to the analysis of one-way ANOVA, the age, service years, education levels in the test sample in this study are the same level as perceptions of integrity, administrative ethics, professional competence and organizational commitment. In the study, the interviewees’ opinions are based on qualitative analysis observing how to reinforce the direction of public officials’s professional competence, affecting the factors of integrity and proposing advice. Through the results of this study, the reader could further understand the influence of perceptions of integrity, administrative ethics, professional competence and organizational commitment on integrity in government.
