Model structure was the use of SEM to the analysis, especially analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of competing models the way to verify the elements of this study the concept of the composition and dimensions of the overall mode of operation. The results of this study was found by: 1. Organizational culture will of the group level, organizational identity and organizational performance and impact were significantly related. Organizational culture analysis showed that willingness to stay for a highly significant correlation, which verify that the current Department of Defense units to promote the establishment of home environment for the officers and men for the service unit to enhance its cohesion and promote good interpersonal relationships and raise the willingness to stay units. The organizational culture of training and the establishment of units in the service I have selected a set of standards as a cut into the unit must meet the basic conditions, so the military to carry out reorganization, the additional forces for the general professional skills, such as tanks, armor, artillery and other units in addition to the previous unit to promote the environment of the family but also to establish new standards to stay the fittest as a unit with the expectation of self-direction. 2. Wishes to stay for the organizational performance, organizational loyalty and organizational identification has a positive relationship. After data analysis, the service level officers and soldiers will remain clearly visible impact on the level of staff for the service units of the target for recognition (organizational identification) and the task of implementation, the external behavior of individuals to pay the level of (organizational loyalty), for the honor of organizational units for the annual evaluation of the combat capabilities of both the results have relevance relations.
