碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業創新與創業管理研究所 === 97 === The abbreviation term “C.I.E.” stands for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship are the three most important competences for the Knowledge Economy. Besides, those are also the focal point of The Graduate Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Shih Chien University. Due to the reasons as above, this research will cover the whole three components of “C.I.E.”. Creativity: The creation of the new concept “Seeing Imagination”, which pointed out seeing is the key facilitator for imagining. Innovation: The development of the new thinking tool “The iSee Creative Thinking Technology”, which is a complet system solution for thinking. Entrepreneurship: The iSee-based “Consultancy Business Sartup Plan”, which will address the Innovation of Entrepreneurship. The iSee Creative Thinking Technology includes five sub-systems：the Abstractive Transformation System, the Concretization Transformation System, the Problem Transformation System, the Cause and Effect Transformation System and the Concept Transformation System. By means of this systematic thinking framework, thinker will creatively solve problems by seeing and imagining the whole pictures of problems. The main characteristic of Business Startup Plan is the Innovative Business Startup Model: To unfold the new business without venture capitals by the cooperation of its unique technology of “The iSee Creative Thinking Technology” with complementary resources from the strategic partners.
