In this thesis, the sequential pattern mining technology is involved to explore the pattern of overdue loan repayment over the past decade in the credit departments of Taiwan Farmers’ Association. The utilization of mined loan repayment patterns can help the agricultural lending sectors reduce the overdue loans and enhance their performance and competitive advantages.
