Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊碩士在職專班 === 97 === Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a management system that optimizes operation processes. ERP integrates information, improves enterprise processes’ productivities, and therefore increases competitive strengths. This study adopts process perspective to explore important factors influencing the ERP outcomes. This study follows the research of Karimietal(2007) and proposes ERP Knowledge, ERP Fit, Information Technology (IT) infrstructure as three major antecedents that contribute to effective business process. Process efficiency and process flexibility are two major factors leading to outstanding organizational performance. This research targets on one thousand manufacturing firms of Taiwan. 189 respondents answered the questionnaire. The results suggest that the ERP knowledge and IT infrastructure influences ERP fit postiively. ERP fit and IT infrstrucuture also shows direct impact on organizational processes. Finally, organizational processes show positive impact on organziational performance.
