There are three research purposes: (1) to understand what resources the micro-enterprise and the entrepreneur need to make an organization changing decision, (2) what opportunities, problems, and difficulties the entrepreneur encounters during the changing process? And how to cope with? (3) what and how are the entrepreneur personal factors impact the transformation process? Case study was used to explore the research questions. Based on in-depth interviews with four interviewees including the entrepreneur, the main customer, and two employees of the micro-enterprise, this research concludes the following findings: 1. The opportunities of micro-enterprise transformation are determined by the amount of resources, and intangible asset is far more important than tangible ones. 2. The crisis of an organization could be a turning point at the same time, only if the f takes the opportunity accurately. It will create sustainability for the company. 3. The entrepreneur’s personality and personal factors influence the amount of resources, either increasing or decreasing. These resources would bring diversify crisis or turning opportunities. The entrepreneur is the key factor of a micro-enterprise transformation.
