In Taiwan, due to our government agree to establish new banks, it is happened to have over-banking situation in the financial marketing. It is hard to operate business. In order to encourage to merge each other, government approve the law and policy of merging continuously to decrease the quantity of financial institutions. It is not only banks could enlarge the market share, but also could have better competition. It is the trend toward to merge with same financial trade or difference trade in our internal banks. But when merge happened, it must cause many deeply and widely problems and it also face the problems of integrity after merging. We could not ignore the problems and must pay attention to this situation. The financial institutions should consider carefully before merging. The purpose of this research is inquiring the motivation and background of merging, making use of the method of In-Depth Interview mainly and observation method, to interview the employee of case bank in order to realize the situation of merging and discuss whether the merging is successful or not in case bank. Meanwhile, the research makes use of the systematic concepts to find the integrity strategy and establish the framework of model. Finally, the research also offer the strategy suggestions for case bank in management of operation business that including it should enhance to carry out the organization culture to maintain the good communication in each department, the second is reinforce the human resource management in order to enhance the employee quality and keep the best competition, the third is enhance the strategy in operation business such as more marketing advisement, all suggestions for case bank take reference in the future. 詹秋貴 陳台霖 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 66 zh-TW |
