At the same time, local banks not only provide global Taiwanese firms with perfect bank service immediately but also match enterprise development to lead customer to come up internationalization. In addition, local banks should think that in order to become lead financial institution in Asian region, they must strong financial innovation and advantage of branch channel, build wealth management service, enforce operational efficiency, and increase the quality of financial service. Our main conclusions are the followings: (1) Taiwan’s financial environment is high homogeneity and insufficient innovation, in order to boost competitive edge, not only privatization and greater in scale but also increase efficiency. (2) Local bank should combine resource to raise the value of organize. (3) In order to expand the business of local bank, they could employ more efficient and actual global financial institutions’ cooperation and alliance. (4) Local banks will become a leader of financial institutions by improving the quality of financial service and the way of product operate efficiently about the trend of variable international financial market.
