Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 國際企業管理研究所 === 97 === Under the pressure of rapid developing and international challenging environment, most organizations will have to find a way how to motivate its employees to contribute their talents, increase employees efficiency and team work.Hence, team work can strengthen the ability to problem solving in the organization, increase productivity and efficiency; nevertheless cost saving in achieving a higher yield by using less manpower and resources from the organization.At present, most organization structure focus on team work to problem solving within the organization, this is known as the most efficient and the fastest way to resolve issues within the organization. However, besides all these advantages the organization should also looked into the negative effects which team work might bring. Throughout the years, mainland China has been the largest foreigner investment country in the World. All these direct investments have been concentrated on China manufacturing industry.Questionnaires have been distributed and collected from both Taiwan and Guangdong 、Jiangsu province within the manufacturing sector for further analysis and studies.Take the workplace friendship as the independent variable and the Social Loafing for the dependant variable.1200 sets of questionnaires was distributed and collected for this research, all the questioners were full time employees within the selected organization. The amount of effective questionnaires were931 and the return ratio was 77.58%. The data gleaned from the questionnaire was subjected to descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis in order to prove the hypothesis proposed in the theoretical structure of this research. The finding of this research is positive and supported that friendship relations within the working environment have direct effects. Taiwan and difference of the Chinese area, creates the disturbance effect to the work place friendship and the social unemployed relations.Coming to the conclusion, this research proposed that the following research will suggest and manage the academic purpose of the importance in working environment for future references.
