After the years of this implementation, the researcher found that the domestic related researches about in what degree the fire channel influenced the community residents were quite deficient in the present day. Therefore, this research aimed at investigating the community in Alley 4 Lane 423 Section 5 Zhongxiaodong Road Xinyi District Taipei City and conducting the practical study, so as to understand whether the fire channel satisfied the community residents’ expectations and needs. At the same time, the service quality and policy of the fire channel in Taipei City are inspected. This research divides into five chapters of 16, and the first chapter is to establish the research motivation, the goal, the scope, the content, the step, the method and the procedures. The second chapter is the practical study of the fire channel and the service quality, the literature analysis about the degree of satisfaction, so as to establish the theoretical structure of this practical study and the foundational structure in designing the questionnaire in this study.The third chapter is to take the fire channel of the community in Alley 4 Lane 423 Section 5 Zhongxiaodong Road Xinyi District Taipei City as the investigative scope, and to conduct the questionnaire survey for those residents. The fourth chapter is to analyze the results of practical investigation, in order to probe the topic of fire channel and related policy. The fifth chapter is to synthesize these survey results to provide the conclusion and the suggestion. The practical investigation shows that the entire service of fire channel satisfied the community residents in Alley 4 Lane 423 Section 5 Zhongxiaodong Road Xinyi District Taipei City and met their expectations and needs. Moreover, the better the service quality of the fire channel, the higher these community residents’ degree of satisfaction about the fire channel can be. However, without setting up the huge notice stand, designing proper parking stall and pedestrian space, and establishing the single window for providing personal service, these are the most desperate needs to be strengthened and improved at present.
