Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 運動教練研究所 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of college students’ Type A Behavior pattern among different physical education courses. The sample was sophomore above of PCCU in the first semester of 2007. In the beginning there were 265 volunteers, and 95 of Tai-Chi chuan course 111 of jogging course finished 12 weeks courses. The Scale of Chinese Type A Behavior pattern was filled before and after the courses. All data was treated by Descriptive Statistics and Two-way ANOVA. The findings were as follow: 1. The Tai-Chi-Chuan group have better improvements than jogging group, but the differences did not reach the significant level. 2. The difference of male’s Type A Behavior pattern was reach the significant level between two tests. The female group had higher averages than the male group in the pre-test but lower averages in the post-test. All the differences of sexual did not reach the significant level. This study may not support Tai-Chi-Chuan course have significant improvement of college students’ psychological conditions. It is known that physical education courses have the effects of releasing pressure or enforcing confidence etc.., but the valid range will vary by individual or environmental factors. Take more factors for independent variable will find out the differences is recommended.
