碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 97 === According to the information technology development and the technology of In-ternet improvement, the communication of human beings has been changed. In the same way, Internet becomes the platform between people. Because of characteristics of Web-Based application system, both of the commer-cial circle and academic circle choose to replace Client-Server architecture with Web-Based architecture. In the past, it supplied application systems like products to de-velopers however it is to provide service now. The objective of system development is different from before, so the system analysis and design also has been changed to de-velopers. The system analysis tools emphasize programs and processes, but they can’t match Web-Based application system. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to build an environment where project manager, systems analyst, and database administrator can decrease the gap and cooperate well. What it mentioned can make project manager understand more exactly about change management of data layer and system architecture.
