Explaining the postmodernism theory makes a dialogue with relevant theories, It’s discussed how the influence of personal values of postmodernity are in chapter two, and prove in chapter three the personal values of postmodernity measurement tools on the establishment course, from determining the structure, arranging and planning to analyse, deletes the question, constructs and examines formally in topic, project, delete question with confirmation letter result degree and is it finish copies of quantity form final edition to set up again among chapter four, and state and explain it in the difference situation that population changes. Finally discuss with the suggestion of research in the future in chapter five. The postmodernity values should really exist the result of research shows, the postmodernity values should include according to structure of this research: 1. diversification ; 2. criticize ; 3. reflectivity 4. community. Finally, this research amount form answers and can be applied to the personnel of counseling trader and chosen and reference while meeting the values bottleneck at work in case, and offer more tactics to help the case in the trader that career counseling.
