The re-lated researches about social capital demonstrated the connections between enter-prises and external network system will provide the resources of innovation that en-terprises need. To realize the way of subsidiaries of multinational enterprises to ob-tain innovative recourses, it is supposing subsidiaries of multinational enterprises and the external environmental network of host country which organize external network system that may provide the resources of innovation that business need. The main issue we considered is internal trust between subsidiaries and network system may hasten the external social capital from the external network system and then increase the ability of innovation to subsidiaries. We carried out data collection from a subsidiary of targeted way which is taking from the survey of the Ministry of Economic Affairs Department of Investment Services and the registered foreign investment in Taiwan, and analyzed the recovery of 135 valid questionnaires by hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that a subsidiary of network linkage with external social capital be able to advance administrative innovation and technological innovation. That the trust between subsidiaries and parent companies or other subsidiaries can promote subsidiaries to gain social capital from external links within interactive processes is significant. There are some suggestions which may look forward to provide some real meanings in management practices in the end. Tai-ning Yang Chuan-lin Kang 楊台寧 康傳林 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 117 zh-TW |
