IT can enhance the capacity of data collection, transmission, processing, analysis, and storage. On the other hand, it also connects all the employee from various departments, then they can quickly access to the required information so as to resolve the problems effectively. The degree of IT investment affects both the personnel and the working environment. But the study on the relationship between Employee Creativity and IT investment still in shortage so far. This study is about the influence between the degree of IT investment and Employee Creativity, it is very necessary to clarify it after went through the indirect literature reference and the logic reasoning. The source of this study comes from a questionnaire and Snowball sampling. This study surveys employees with questionnaires, and gets 236 pieces as the valid questionnaires out of 400 pieces, and the effective recovery is 59%. The results of this study: (1) The degree of IT Investment has a positive relationship between Knowledge Management Mechanisms; (2) Knowledge Management Mechanisms and the staff have a positive relationship between Employee Creativity; (3) The degree of IT Investment has a positive relationship between the Employee Creativity; (4) Knowledge Management Mechanism plays as a medium between the degree of IT investment and the Employee Creativity. At the end of this essay, specific recommendations are made to be as the reference for the practical enterprises management.
