Carries on the questionnaire survey outpatient service of sickness by middle some teaching hospital, provides asked volume 300, the recycling asked volume 213, the returns-ratio is 71%. The result by the SPSS computer software analysis, then to LISREL carries on the structure pattern estimate and the overall model fit test analysis, first discusses the hospital service quality and the will labor relations, then understood the will voluntary and sickness degree of satisfaction relations, finally infer to between the hospital service quality and sickness degree of satisfaction relevance.
