Besides the dis-function of organization and the lack of operation experience, the key reason of introducing ERP un-efficiently is out of the whole ERP system guidance. Therefore, this research permeated through the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis technology.This research composes of two categories, the implementation map and the strategy map of a successful ERP promotion. The implementation map is constructed to identify three important information, ownerships responsibility and cause and effect; among the items of executions and categories. The implementation map defines the processes clearly. The strategy map consists of two parts, one is “the priority of category” and the other is “the properties of the value of implementation items” The former can assist enterprises to introduce various stages of ERP system in accordance with their priorities. The latter can assist enterprises to strengthen specific direction to get identical improvement. Finally, we confirm the feasibility by cooperating with a corporation that both, the implementation map and strategy map of ERP, attribute concisely not only to resource allocation but also shorten the introducing period and decrease the failure possibility of ERP introduction and help to strength and speed up ERP to implement into a corporation. 簡德金 學位論文 ; thesis 128 zh-TW |
