Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 航空與電子科技研究所 === 97 === In order to fit the regulation, the power factor corrector (PFC) of the power converter is considerably important. The traditional PFC which is based on the analog control IC has the limitation of the fixed function and non-flexible. Therefore, the thesis proposes a new approach based on a digital controller for the PFC. The new average current mode controller is designed for achieving the constant output voltage and the sin waveform input current. The additional function is also added to avoid the fault inrush currents through the inductor and the MOSFET switch. Finally, this paper develops the digital controller for the AC/DC converter. The result of the experiment demonstrates that the 500W converter has the good performance, such as the converter generating the sin wave input current with the power factor 0.985 and the lower total harmonics distortion.
