Since the transformation plan to promote the shopping district, Streetscape of shopping street be taken seriously gradually in Taiwan. At present, maintenance facilities of shopping district units in charge of public sector workers such as Maintenance office bureau or Economic affairs bureau of public works in government.
The result of poor that maintenance on shopping district, because of public assets are pre-planning and design, but not to improve the maintenance and administration. In recent years, outsourcing public property management is now in widespread use progressively. This phenomenon will open a shopping professional property management of new business opportunities. Shopping district will be integrated outsourcing the management of public assets by the property management companies to explore the possibility of outsourcing by way of change management to improve efficiency. The concept is the main axis of this study.
To investigate outsourcing model as the viewpoint of public sector staff and property management companies. Make a proposal and give recommendations for the implementation of various government units, integrated property affairs outsourcing companies, or the establishment of a permanent manner of the management of public power organizations. Found the outsourcing model of property management by analysis of the study and classification. Attain to a goal that shopping district of sustainable.
