Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 97 === In order to understand the influence of in-situ fine soils to MSE walls, six geosynthetics reinforced retaining walls in the Tu-Cheng experiment station of NTUST were studied in this research. The names of these walls are SI-wall、S-wall、FI-wall、F-wall、ISFI-wall and ISF-wall, respectively. S means small strain, F means FHWA, I means intermediate filament, IS means in-site soils. A numerical analysis program, named NEARE, which was developed with FLAC, was used herein. The number of passing times of a roller, static pore water pressure due to rainfall and excess pore water pressure due to wet soils were studied to understand their effects to the side deformation of reinforced walls. The soil parameters were investigated through triaxial compression tests. The interface parameters between soil and geosynthetics were obtained by pull-out tests. The side deformations of SI-wall and S-wall were then studied. The influence of embedded length of geosynthetics to the side deformations and safety factors were performed thereafter. So, the relationship between safety factors and displacement or tilt angles were proposed finally in this research
