This research will improve the tread of vehicle problem and raise vehicle control performance. The objective of this research is to improve upon the second generation of tilting three wheeled vehicle. This research takes full advantage of the Pro ENGINEER Wildfire 3.0 on design of the vechicle. Reduce of testing with actual materials has consumed a great deal of time and budget. From the simulation results, the mechanic parts can be repeatedly modified with ease. Only after the entire structure can meet the demands of the design, the actual work of assembly and test ride is taken place to physically verified the new design. In order to improve tread of vehicle problem. We change original swing-linkage to four-bar linkage. And improve second 2F/1R vehicle’s steering ratio problem. The test ride reveals the safety and controllability of the vehicle is greatly enhanced.
