Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 97 === This study investigates the transmission interface of a new power current micro sensor to be applied to the new micro sensor designed by our laboratory. The new micro sensor takes the advantage of digital signals to avoid power current interference. The interface allows the new micro sensor to monitor, send and receive high frequence transient state signals produced by power switches. This study uses an analog-to-digital converter to transform the Hall signals produced by the micro sensor into digital data. These digital data are processed by a field-programmable gate array and then sent to its receiver to be transformed by a digital-to-analog converter into analog signals. A DAQ card is then used to display them on a computer. The interface designed in this research can satisfy class 0.5 level of IEC6044-1 for load current measurements. For fault current measurements, the interface can measure currents up to 100 times of rated load currents and still stay within 5% acurracy.
