This paper presents a use of natural light optical system to capture the phenomenon of sunshine into the shadow of the solar radiation intensity for analysis. Objects used in the regional changes in latitude and longitude, we obtain a more accurate solar energy to the indoor and outdoor space of the physical and psychological changes in the volume of research applications. In this paper, three cases: "Changhsingian Pingnan chemical plant to improve the lighting," "bright in Hsinchu County to improve the campus environment - natural lighting plan" and "Taipei container yard " as an example, the use of software simulation of natural photoconductive optical system dynamic analysis of the annual lighting.
