Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 97 ===   Performance evaluation management improves the qualities of achievements and accomplishes the targets in time. Therefore, by enforcing the internal management and the way of evaluation, we can improve the performance at the departments of universities.   We established an on-line system of performance management, to evaluate the achievements efficiently. Because the balanced scorecard is one of the ways of evaluation, which helps the manager to clear the organization’s strategies and targets, we use the balanced scorecard to be the foundation of system. Combining with characters of individual schools, we build the appreciate benchmark to accomplish the performance management. In addition, we also used the GUI to let users know each achievement in the different periods clearly.   Finally, we use case school to verify the practicality of the system, and invite three professors to audit and correct the balanced scorecard we designed. In conclusion, there are four major contributions in our research: (1)The system architecture is suitable in schools. (2)In our case, the systems will improve the qualities and the efficiency of the performance management. (3)Our evaluation can truly be the reference of performance. (4)Our system integrates the data inflows and the data outflows.
