Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 高分子系 === 97 === In this study, a series of biodegradable surfactants has been prepared by the reaction of the propylene glycol polyglucosides with alkyl glycidyl ether with C8¬-C16 carboon atoms. The structure of the final products was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The experimental results showed that these surfactants exhibited excellent surface-active properties including surfae tension, foaming properties, wetting power and emulsification stabilized, while the maximal surface activity is obtained by attachment of C14 alkyl chain. These dextrin derivative surfactants possessed lowly foaming and foaming stabilize , while the highest Zata potential is obtained by attachment of C14 alkyl chain showed the highly emulsification stabilized. In application, the formation of a complex between dextrin derivative surfactants and dyes that cauced the dyes dispersed and dissolved,while enhanced the absorbance intensity of dyes.
